In September 2010, on the basis of meeting the criteria of the Development Possibilities Program, the 20-Year concession for management with the hunting area “Nidze” was awarded to “Euroimpex D.O.O.”.

“Euroimpex” committed a significant investment, starting immediately with project implementation. In a short time, serious and reliable results have been achieved.

• Order in hunting established - maximum respect of the Law on hunting and hunting season by the concessionaire and all hunters in the hunting area ”Nidze”
• Hunting Guard service formed, regimentation and arming have been introduced
• Fully equipped the regional office in Bitola
• Issuance of membership cards and all supporting documents in accordance with the Law
• The 1000ha breeding center area has been fenced
• Extensive measures for protection of the game from diseases
• Regular records for hunted game

Completed important construction of:

• 3 Hunting hotels with 14 apartments total
• Main Hunting Hall
• Water reservoirs
• Storage facilities for reserve food
• Breeding center for intensive breeding of boars
• Hunting outposts
• Supporting road infrastructure
• Hunting guard house

For the purposes of the breeding center, an import of 327 cattle of wild game has been made, specifically:

• 100 Fallow Deer (Dama dama)
• 73 Red Deer (Cervus elaphus)
• 50 Sika Deer (Cervus nippon)
• 54 Barbary Sheep (Ammotragus lervia)
• 50 Mouflon (Ovis gmelini)

The breeding center contributes to the total number of wild game in the hunting area which currently has 500 cattle, including indigenous species such as roe deer and wild boar. With this system and 5 types of game, a natural increase of 40% is expected. Each year a certain number of individuals will be released outside the center for introduction and reproduction.
